PIR Sandwich HVAC Duct Panels

BBS PIR sandwich HVAC duct panel is composed of exbossed aluminmum foil(or smooth aluminmum foil, or colour tin of 0.25mm thick) with self-extinguish PIR(polysocianurate) foam inside. The foil's thickness is 0.08mm. The standard size of our product is 4000x1200x20.5mm thick.

The density of PIR foam of our sandwich HVAC duct panels is 50-55kg per cubic meter. According to the tests of Supervision & Test Center of P.R.China, the heat conductivity of our PIR sandwich HVAC duct panels is 0.020W/(m·K), the compressive strength is 228kPa, the water absorption is 2.2%, the stablity of size is 0.3%.

BBS PIR sandwich HVAC duct panel have passed the sample tests by the Building Fire Protection Material Quality Surveillance and Examination Center of P.R.China and the fire rating meets B1 leveling(self-extinguishing), the standard of China.
