Polyurethane(PU)/Polyisocyanurate(PIR) rigid foaming materials are widly used in the world and one of the most popular thermal insulation material of high polymer with excellent performance. For using of insulation, the thermal conductivity of PU/PIR foaming material is 0.017~0.025W/(m·K)only if the density of PU/PIR rigid foam were 30~75kg/m3, whose thermal property is best and the thermal conductivity is the lowest among all the thmeral insulation products. And PU/PIR panels have strong adhesion and composite ability towards concrete, clay blocks, metal, timber, rubber and glass, etc. PU/PIR rigid insulation panels can be used under the temperature from –50 to +90℃ (the sandwich panels can be used in a wilder temperature range ), its size stability, weathering ability and chemical stability are good. PU/PIR panels are innocuous and nonirritating, so they can be used whether inside and outside of rooms.

BBS PU/PIR insulation panels are manufactured to rely on the advanced production lines. The thickness of our panels are 8~60mm, the fixed width is 1200mm. The length depends on demands. The density of PU/PIR foam usually is 45~50kg/m3 and it can be altered to 75kg/m3 as demands. The surface skin of PU/PIR sandwich insulation panels could be:
a)aluminum foil, aluminum sheet, aluminum composite panel;
b)pre-painted galvanized steel sheet, GI, stainless steel sheet;
c)leatherette, plywood, PVC board, PE film;
d)nonwoven fabric, kraft and other papers;
e)the combination of above materials.
The surface of BBS insulation panels also could not be faced any skin material.
